3. Description of service

KYNETA is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition application currently in pre-launch. The website provides information about the planned product and a waitlist for early access. The full application is not yet available.

KYNETA is not a medical service. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in the KYNETA application constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Fitness and nutrition guidance provided by KYNETA (including AI-generated content) is for informational and general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program or making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.

5. Waitlist

By joining the KYNETA waitlist, you consent to receive emails about KYNETA's launch, development updates, and early access invitations. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any specific features.

6. Intellectual property

All content on kyneta.fit — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned and licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

7. User responsibilities

You agree not to: use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, submit false or misleading information, or interfere with the site's operation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, including AI-generated fitness or nutrition guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Kyneta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any fitness or nutrition guidance accessed through KYNETA.

10. Future subscription terms

When the KYNETA paid subscription launches, additional terms will apply governing payment, cancellation, and refunds. Those terms will be provided at the time of purchase and will not apply retroactively to waitlist signups.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
